    REACHREACH regulates the:

    • ● Registration
    • ● Evaluation
    • ● Authorisation
    • ● Restriction of Chemicals

    REACH aims to guarantee:

    • a high level of human health protection
    • to protect the environment
    • the free circulation of substances within the internal European market

In order to comply with REACH, registration files have to be submitted to the EU. REACH has three key registration dates, dictated in accordance with the tonnage of goods manufactured and imported:

    • 2010 (>1000 tonne/yr)
    • 2013 (>100 tonne/yr)
    • 2018 (>1 tonne/yr)

Tradecorp has a dedicated team to ensure REACH compliance since the regulation came into force in June 2007. Since then our REACH compliance team have accumulated a great deal of experience in registration of raw materials and finished product in accordance with the regulations and deadlines. This ensured Tradecorp achieved the first two objectives of the time table successfully: namely the obligatory registrations for 2010 and 2013. To achieve Stage 1 & 2 compliance Tradecorp presented a total of 12 registration dossiers .

The next registration deadline will be in 2018. In preparation Tradecorp will continue to apply REACH exhaustively and we are certain that we will successfully submit the required registration files to comply with Stage 3.

In addition to achieving the compulsory registrations, Tradecorp have integrated the REACH standards into our processes to guarantee the continuity of our products in the marketplace while ensuring the highest quality and respect for human health and the environment.
